PICTURES OF THE PROJECT
The project consists of two residential towers.
The taller tower is 140 m (459 ft) with 44 storeys, making it one of Europe’s tallest residential buildings, and its shorter neighbour is 98 m (322 ft) with 30 storeys.
The towers are located just to the south-western edge of Canary Wharf, close to the River Thames and a short walk from the proposed 280,000 m² (3 million square feet) office development at Riverside South.
Project Scope
- Double-glazed unitised curtain wall façades.
- GRC spandrels and soffit cladding.
- Concealed natural ventilation panels.
- Frameless glass balustrades to balconies.
